1. Introduction:

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in the Brindleberry Match Trivia Competition (the “Competition”) organized by Brindleberry Brand (“Brindleberry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Competition, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not enter the Competition.

2. Eligibility:

– The Competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

– The Competition is open to Sri Lankan citizens only.

– Employees of Brindleberry and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

3. How to Enter:

– The Competition will be conducted on the Brindleberry Facebook page.

– To enter the Competition, participants must correctly answer the trivia question posted on the Brindleberry Facebook page.

– Participants must comment their answers on the trivia post to be considered for entry.

– Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Winner Selection:

– Five (5) winners will be selected randomly from among the participants who provide correct answers to the trivia question.

– The winners will be selected at Brindleberry’s sole discretion, and their decisions will be final and binding.

5. Prize:

– Each of the five (5) winners will receive a Brindleberry 6 bottle pack as their prize.

– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Notification of Winners:

– Winners will be notified via Facebook direct message or a comment on their entry within 7 days after the Competition ends.

– Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize.

– If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, or if they are found to be ineligible or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, Brindleberry reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Collection:

– Instructions on how to collect the prize will be provided to the winners upon notification.

– Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving their prize.

– All prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification.

8. Publicity:

– By participating in the Competition, winners grant Brindleberry the right to use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation or permission.

9. Privacy:

– Participants’ personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with Brindleberry’s privacy policy.

10. Modification or Termination:

– Brindleberry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.

– Brindleberry also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

11. General Conditions:

– These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Brindleberry concerning the Competition.

– The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

– These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
